Application:

Do not apply shower gel or soap before using the mitten. The skin should not be slippery. Pre-steam your skin in the shower or sauna for a few minutes to open the pores and prepare your skin for exfoliation. Before using the mitten, moisten it with warm water, put it on your hand like a glove and begin to delicately massage the damp skin with long longitudinal movements. You will see results after just a few movements! Over time, as your skin adjusts, you can gradually increase the pressure to achieve deeper exfoliation. After cleansing, use a moisturizing soap, rinse thoroughly and apply body lotion. You can repeat this process about every 2 weeks. The skin needs time between treatment sessions, so do not repeat too often.
