LAKME Color Developer 9V 2.7%, Creamy oxidant, 1000ml
Lakme has optimized the formula used in the Color line of creamy oxidants. Oxidants are tailored for use with any Lakme colour. The product's new dense and creamy texture makes it easy to blend and apply. The formula contains Abyssinian oil, which protects the hair fiber and scalp.

1.8% (6V) coloring tone-on-tone, Refreshing the tone of Collage.
2.7% (9V) whitening up to 1 tone.
5.4% (18V) bleaching up to 2 tones (recommended for coloring gray hair).
8.4% (28V) whitening up to 3 tones.
11.5% (38V) whitening up to 4 shades (up to 5 shades when used with Collage Clair color).
Use: Mix with Lakme paint in a ratio of 1:1.5 or 1:2.
