Use

Daily nail strengthener: Apply 2 coats to bare nails, followed by an additional coat daily. Base coat: Apply 2 coats to bare nails followed by Nail Lacquer. Can be used alone or under OPI Nail Lacquer, finish with OPI Top Coat, then Let dry.
